Avoid Sun Exposure

Avoid Irritating Products

Avoid irritationg products such as Retin-A, exfoliants, glycolic acid or astringents on your skin for at least 7 days after your laser hair reduction treatment.

Apply Cold Compress

Apply a cold compress to the treated area if it feels hot after your treatment session. Aloe Vera or 1% hydrocortisone can be applied if your skin feels irritated. Call your laser technician Angelica at 904-599-8443 if you have any concerns.

If Blistering Happens

If blistering occurs, apply antibiotic ointment such as Bacitracin and cover the area with a non-stick bandage until the wound is healed. Do not pick at the blister. If you have concerns, seek advice from your laser technician or from your personal physician.

Dis-Continue Hot Bath/Shower for 72 Hours

Do not have a hot bath or shower or sit in a hot tub for at least 72 hours after your laser hair reduction treatment. Do not swim in a pool for at least 3 weeks after laser hair reduction.

Important To Know

Some of the hairs in the treated area will fall out in about 7-15 days. The hair might appear to be growing as they push themselves out of their hair sheath.

It is common to not see much reduction in hair growth until after the 3rd session.
